Will everyone on the internet be able to view the web site?
This is your choice. Password protection is available for no extra cost.
How do I notify my family and friends when the site is updated?
Once your site is up, we will send you the url to your baby's web page. Then, you send the url to your friends and family.
How do you send a link in an email?
It depends on your browser.  If you have Netscape or Internet Explorer, you simply type the whole address starting with http:// That will automatically turn it into a link.  See example: http://www.firstmemories.com/baby's-name

If you have AOL, you first save the site to your Favorite Places.  When you're sending the email, open up your favorite places, highlight the website and drag it down into the body of your email.
How do I get my pictures to you.
Once you have purchased a web site, you will be given a web address where you can easily upload up to 10 photos from your computer.
Can I order more than 10 photos

Yes. There is an area on each order page where you can choose to add more photos for $1 each.

How long will my web site be on the internet?
One month. However, you can purchase hosting for additional months if you choose. $5 per additional month.
Can I put new pictures on the site?
Yes. You can replace or add 10 pictures for $20.

Can I get a background to match my announcement?
Yes. We have a few available here. If we don't currently have one that matches your announcement, please email us at info@firstmemories.com. We will create one for you.
How soon will the web site be up and running?
In most cases, your site will be up and running within 24 to 48 hours.
